Work Location: On-site at Ebloc 3, Padriga St., Cebu IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide back-office and administrative support to U.S.-based medical clinics
  • Respond to calls, emails, and chat inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
  • Assist with healthcare processes such as insurance verification, claims, and billing
  • Work closely with a collaborative team to achieve client goals

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
  • 1–5 years of BPO experience (healthcare background is an advantage but not required)
  • Flexible to work U.S. time zones and shifting schedules
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn
