About the Role:
Join our team as an IT Manager in a growing healthcare BPO. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven leader to take charge of our IT operations.
In this role, you will manage networking, cybersecurity, and IT systems to ensure smooth and secure operations. You will work with our US-based clients and stakeholders, using your communication and leadership skills to provide dependable support
As an IT Manager, you will lead key initiatives that strengthen our infrastructure and drive business success. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced IT professional to make an impact and advance their career in a fast-paced healthcare BPO.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 2 years in leadership or managerial capacity.
- Experience managing IT operations in a BPO (healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge in networking, cybersecurity, systems administration, and helpdesk operations.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT requirements.
- Proven ability to work with US-based stakeholders across time zones.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, HCISPP) are an advantage.
- Knowledge in ISO 27001, 19001 and SOC2 standards
Network & Cybersecurity
- Design, implement, and manage secure, high-availability network systems to support 24/7 healthcare BPO operations.
- Monitor cybersecurity tools, protocols, and incident response strategies, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and implement mitigation plans.
IT Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals (helpdesk staff, network administrators, systems support).
- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations to drive team growth and accountability.
Helpdesk & IT Operations
- Oversee IT helpdesk operations for timely issue resolution and high user satisfaction.
- Oversee IT assets, systems, and lifecycle processes while ensuring consistent SLA compliance.
Client & US-Based Coordination
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for US-based clients.
- Translate business and compliance needs into actionable IT plans.
- Participate in onboarding, infrastructure discussions, audits, and client presentations.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and service agreements.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and third-party technical support.
Reporting & Documentation
- Create monthly and quarterly IT reports on system uptime, ticket trends, security, and projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure, incidents, and improvements.
- Strong IT leadership and people management.
- Network and cybersecurity expertise.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Analytical reporting and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate with international teams.
