Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, account management, and sales development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly operation and business review reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Achieve 100% monthly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Merchandisers to discuss sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Track competitor activities and establish key Bellwether Accounts to stay ahead in the market.
  • Assist in new product launches and ensure timely stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor inventory levels, correct discrepancies, and review merchandiser reports to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Conduct fieldwork, submit weekly sales reports, and address any AR issues promptly.
  • Implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management and check account portals for stock availability.
  • Verify sales orders, negotiate shelf space, and check returns to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
