MCI Military Recruitment is seeking an experienced Tax Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. This is a management-level position that requires prior experience in tax accounting, management, supervision, or customer service leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong supervisory experience, and a proven track record of driving sales through the actions of others. You will be responsible for managing a team of customer service agents, providing coaching and guidance, and driving sales through the actions of others.
Duties- Lead a team of 15-25 entry-level front-line customer service agents responsible for inbound call handling.
- Responsible for coaching and developing reports on customer service processes and best practices.
- Manage metrics, performance criteria, policies, and procedures to continuously improve call center productivity.
