About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contact Center Team Lead to join our Mass Markets team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 supervisors, coaching and developing their skills to achieve exceptional customer service outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in call center operations management, with a strong focus on quality assurance, process improvement, and team development. They will be able to drive business results, motivate teams, and work closely with site directors and client account managers to ensure corporate policies and procedures are adhered to.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of supervisors to achieve high performance targets
  • Coaching and developing reports to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Managing metrics, performance criteria, policies, and procedures to improve call center productivity
  • Driving a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and personal excellence

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in customer service, technical support, or sales in a contact center environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
