Sales and Business Development Executive

As a Sales Officer with Dan Recruitment PH, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales efforts by identifying potential customers, establishing relationships, and promoting our products or services.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Generation: Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs. Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Market Research: Research and understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Monitor industry developments to offer valuable insights to clients and the sales team.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to align sales efforts and provide customer feedback. Assist in the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our company's products, services, and pricing structures. Communicate product benefits and features clearly to customers.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients and close sales deals effectively. Ensure all contracts and agreements are properly documented and followed through.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, engineering or related courses.
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural projects or in a Construction firm.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment.
- Great organizational and planning skills.
- A competitive salary ranging from PHP 30,000 to PHP 35,000 per month (basic).

- Location: Putatan Alabang Muntinlupa.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
