Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Cobden & Carter International.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, particularly the Senior Management Team, to progress business opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast future business to support successful project delivery.
  • Establish professional relationships with customers, maximizing sales opportunities and enhancing the company's reputation as an advisor of choice.
  • Achieve sales targets in line with the strategic plan for growth.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role (at least 7 years' relevant experience).
  • Team player with the ability to work within integrated, multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Strong drive and resilience to overcome challenges and setbacks.
  • Acts as a role model for business development and lead generation.
