**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Financial Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Solicit and serve new Group clients, identifying opportunities for expansion and development.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market and competition, informing sales strategies and tactics.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to reach new audiences and drive engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring long-term loyalty.
- Recruit and train high-performing sales agents, providing ongoing support and coaching to drive success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Promote the sales of group plans directly through the existing sales force and facilities of the company.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
- Highly organized, with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and results-driven performance.
