- This position demands high levels of customer satisfaction, meeting business targets, and managing daily operations effectively.">
- You will oversee branch activities, implement operational policies, and monitor performance to ensure compliance with regulations.">
- Your key responsibilities will include team leadership, customer relationship management, sales and business development, financial management, and risk management.">
- You will develop strategies to meet sales targets, recruit agents, identify market trends, and expand the customer base.">
- You will manage the branch budget, ensure profitability, monitor financial performance, and provide accurate reporting.">
- You will identify and mitigate operational and security risks, implement and enforce safety measures, and incident response procedures.">
- You will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).">
- You will have proven experience in a leadership role, with at least 4 years of non-life insurance background; experience in life insurance is an advantage.">
- You will have a strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization.">
- You will be proficient in financial analysis and budget management, sales and marketing, customer and personal service, administration and management.">
- You will have computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software applications (use of MS Offices, Information Management System tools).">
- You will undergo Foundational Training such as Basic Non-life Insurance, Advanced courses in Motor, Fire/Property, Marine and Cargo, and Casualty Insurance; Sales Management; Client Management; People Management.">
Compensation and Benefits
">The estimated salary for this position is PHP 250,000 - 400,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The compensation package includes benefits such as training and development opportunities, career advancement prospects, and a supportive work environment.
">Schedule and Location
">The successful candidate will work full-time, day shift, at our Wack Wack, Mandaluyong office.
