Account Manager Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing account strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying new sales leads, developing relationships with existing customers, and maintaining a productive relationship with existing accounts to increase revenue opportunities.
- The Account Manager will take ownership of the customer experience, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions and driving proactive new sales, renewals, and opportunity management.
- The Account Manager will also develop and maintain a highly efficient account management process by focusing on PyraCloud and Self Services, providing customer services remotely, and managing day-to-day customer and partner requests.
- The Account Manager will track and forecast defined account metrics and financials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing account strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with sales platforms, CRM systems, and other sales tools.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
