Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events. Qualify leads and manage them through the sales pipeline.
  2. Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including needs analysis, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract execution.   8. Client Onboarding: Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and ongoing support.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong understanding of the sales process and sales methodologies.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  6. Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  7. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
