**Job Overview:**

At 3E Hitech Solutions Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the success of our business.

**Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute account plans to drive new sales and revenue growth

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Collaborate with the sales team to explore new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients

• Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to position our solutions effectively

• Develop strategies to drive new sales and revenue growth

• Proactively address client concerns and ensure overall satisfaction

• Work closely with the project management team to ensure successful delivery of solutions

• Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure client expectations are met

• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and performance

**Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT Graduate or a related field

• At least 1-year experience in sales or business development and account management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results

• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Ability to present proposal up to Executive Level

• Able to work with minimum supervision

• Result-oriented, organized, and keen on details

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
