Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Circa Logica Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing plans to expand our business and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth and improve our organization's brand presence.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to identify and execute partnership opportunities that align with our company's objectives.

Requirements:
  • 57 years of experience as a territory manager for B2B sales.
  • Experience working in the educational, Publishing, IT, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
  • Must manage at least 50 members/staff, with leadership skills.
  • Experience in making partnerships, expanding business, and managing a whole team.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Willing to do fieldwork in the whole Luzon area from Monday to Friday, day shift.
