Business Development Manager

At Neksjob, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives and expand our client base. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
- Develop and execute strategies to target new business opportunities.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Present tailored solutions to clients based on their specific needs and objectives.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
3. Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies that align with company goals.
- Monitor competitive activities and industry trends to adjust strategies as needed.
4. Partnership Development:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with complementary businesses.
- Negotiate and close deals to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
5. Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Track progress through CRM tools and provide regular reports to management.
6. Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives.
- Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
