Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Growth Manager to join our team at Your Go to Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue

• Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies

• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a business development role

• Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through sales and marketing efforts

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
