About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Technical Support professional to join our team at J2P Corp. As an IT Technical Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees or clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Assist with system setup, configuration, and maintenance.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of IT systems and services.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and trends in the field.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Certification in IT-related fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)).
- Experience with IT helpdesk software or ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace) and mobile devices (smartphones, tablets).
