At HawodTech Solutions, we are seeking a Technical Support Expert to join our team.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. As a Technical Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing Tier 2 support to customers by researching, diagnosing, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer support tickets within agreed service levels.
  • Analyze integration logic and system processes to provide descriptive solutions and responses to customers.
  • Effectively document investigative steps and analysis to escalate technical issues to the Product and Engineering team.
  • Evaluate incident tickets through appropriate channels and hold those escalated accountable for responding in accordance with SLAs.
  • Manage allocated tickets via MyPass support platforms proactively.
