Administrative Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives, coordinating office activities, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Main Job Functions:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to executives, including preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Operations Coordination: Coordinate office activities to improve productivity and compliance with company policies.
- Supplier Management: Update and maintain supplier information to ensure seamless procurement processes.
- Finance and Operations: Coordinate with finance and operations to ensure accurate invoicing and reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in a relevant field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a financial or administrative role.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, drive, and results-oriented.
