The Business Development Director will play a critical role in driving our sales strategy and expanding our market share. This role will require the ability to work independently, think strategically, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients, expand existing relationships, and increase revenue.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, property managers, and facility managers.
  • Sales Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities, provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Development Manager or Director.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
