Job Requirements

WHR Global Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales leadership and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 7-8 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools
• Ability to analyze data, make decisions, and adjust strategies
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Knowledge of sales techniques, market research, and negotiation tactics
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, competitive environment
