Sales Manager Role:

The Sales Manager at TASQ Staffing Solutions is a key member of our team, responsible for driving revenue growth and leading the sales team to achieve their targets. In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Monitor performance and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 7-8 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools
• Ability to analyze data, make decisions, and adjust strategies
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Knowledge of sales techniques, market research, and negotiation tactics
