Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our management team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among departments, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing documents, emails, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor's/College Degree holder.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SAP System.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
