Job Description:

We are looking for an individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing daily call lists, meeting agendas, and materials to ensure participants have the necessary information.
  • Scheduling meetings with clients and team members, coordinating times that accommodate all parties and managing any necessary adjustments or cancellations.
  • Managing reports on key metrics and performance indicators within specified deadlines.
  • Updating and maintaining virtual files to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Oversseeing administrative tasks, including email correspondence and calendar appointments.

In addition to your administrative skills, we require strong organizational and time management skills, as well as knowledge of digital tools and software such as Google Workspace and Zoom.
