Job Description:

At Career Professionals, Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales function.

About the Role:
We are looking for a professional with excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes preparing sales reports, coordinating deliveries, managing customer queries, and providing feedback to salesmen on significant developments and updates. Additionally, you will handle cancellations or changes in sales orders, coordinate with logistics departments, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and policies at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to our sales team
• Prepare sales reports, coordinate deliveries, and manage customer queries
• Handle cancellations or changes in sales orders and coordinate with logistics departments
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and policies at all times
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by the VP for Sales/Sales Managers/Supervisors

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or sales support role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Familiarity with sales operations software and systems a plus
