Job Description

Hunters Hub Incorporated seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in office management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • File Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documents.
  • Communication: Coordinating internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and meetings.
  • Event Planning: Assisting in the planning and organization of company events and activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of any college degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but must have related administrative internship experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Tools, particularly Microsoft Excel; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Salary: PHP 35,000 - PHP 45,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
