Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at SosaJB Property Management Corp. in Mandaluyong. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
* Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments
* Prepare and edit reports, documents, and presentations
* Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures
Requirements:
* At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related administrative role
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
