  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes, utilizing effective writing and presentation skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, filtering out non-essential communications and addressing critical issues promptly.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, adhering to company policies and procedures for data protection and security.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and other events, ensuring accurate planning, execution, and follow-up.
  • Conduct research and prepare documents for review and presentation by executives, leveraging expertise in relevant areas to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and databases, keeping them up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Process and manage expense reports and budgets, exercising financial acumen and analytical skills to optimize resources.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; graduate degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of experience in office management, administration, or a related field, with a strong focus on organizational efficiency and productivity.
  • Expertise in principles and practices of records management, general administration, and basic office management.
