Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare, review, and distribute accurate documents, reports, and presentations
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events
  • Overssee office supplies inventory and maintain a tidy workspace
  • Accurately input and update data in company systems
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with queries

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Female only, 18-38 years old, preferably with a degree in Office Administration or related field
  • At least 5'2 in height, with at least 1 year of experience as an office secretary or personal secretary
