Job Overview

This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our supervisor/s, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within the office. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office Applications, and prior experience in a back office or clerical setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including fielding telephone calls, receiving visitors, and managing office files;
  • Create spreadsheets, presentations, and word processing documents as required;
  • Distribute information and maintain accurate records within the office;
  • Support the office manager with correspondence, reports, and other duties as needed.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • A bachelor's degree from any course;
  • Prior experience in a back office or clerical setting;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to start work immediately.
Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
