Job Opportunity

This is a full-time, permanent position for a Sales Performance Specialist to work from home. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of proven sales experience and strong communication skills in English.

Main Responsibilities
  • Objection Handling & Credit Rebuilding: Engage in inbound calls with customers who have been declined for loans, understanding their concerns and addressing objections effectively.
  • Pitch and sell credit rebuilding products that align with the customer's financial goals and circumstances.
Essential Skills
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience.
  • 3+ years in telecommunications.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Expertise in objection handling and negotiation.
Your Role

You will be responsible for turning potential rejections into successful sales by providing clear and concise financial education to customers about credit rebuilding strategies and product benefits.

Additionally, you will ensure customers fully understand product offerings, terms, and how they can improve their credit score. You will offer ongoing support and follow-up to guide customers through their credit rebuilding journey.

  • Monthly Salary: ₱31,000-₱36,000.
