We're looking for aDigital Advertising Specialistto join our marketing team and help us drive growth through effective online campaigns. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven professional with a proven track record of creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms likeGoogle Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)andsocial media (Meta, LinkedIn, X).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and target the right customers.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics daily, making data-driven decisions to optimize for conversions, ROI, and other key KPIs.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking withinGoogle Tag ManagerandGoogle Analytics.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and marketing technology.
  • Set up Landing pages usingHubSpotthat are optimised for Conversion and Search Engine Optimisation
  • Set up automated EDM campaigns and retargeting to engage with contacts and visitors throughout the web
  • Work with our Marketing and Design team to create and execute campaign strategies
  • Assist the Marketing department with other initiatives as directed by management

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in running successful digital advertising campaigns.
  • Expertise inGoogle Analyticsfor reporting and campaign analysis.
  • Strong understanding of ad platforms and bidding strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player with a passion for digital marketing.
