We're looking for a 
Digital Advertising Specialist

to join our marketing team and help us drive growth through effective online campaigns. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven professional with a proven track record of creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like 
    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

and 
social media (Meta, LinkedIn, X)

.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and target the right customers.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics daily, making data-driven decisions to optimize for conversions, ROI, and other key KPIs.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking within 
Google Tag Manager

and 
Google Analytics

.
- Generate detailed performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and marketing technology.
- Set up Landing pages using 
HubSpot
 that are optimised for Conversion and Search Engine Optimisation
- Set up automated EDM campaigns and retargeting to engage with contacts and visitors throughout the web
- Work with our Marketing and Design team to create and execute campaign strategies
- Assist the Marketing department with other initiatives as directed by management

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in running successful digital advertising campaigns.
  • Expertise in 
    Google Analytics

for reporting and campaign analysis.
- Strong understanding of ad platforms and bidding strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- A proactive and collaborative team player with a passion for digital marketing.
