Overview

We're Hiring SALES SPECIALIST - OUTBOUND AND APPOINTMENT SETTING (US CLIENT /ONSITE/ NIGHT SHIFT/ FULL TIME)

What You Will Do
  • Make outbound calls using our CRM to connect with potential clients
  • Use proven sales scripts to explain services, benefits and pricing
  • Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and qualify leads
  • Set appointments with warm and cold leads
  • Professionally manage inquiries, concerns or objections
  • Keep CRM records update with accurate data entry notes
  • Hit or exceed daily and weekly sales and appointment quotas
You\'re Right For This Role If You
  • Have experience in cold calling, appointment setting or telemarketing
  • Can confidently speak fluent English
  • Know how to use CRM and phone systems
  • Are goal-oriented, persistent and resilient under pressure
  • Are great communicator and negotiator
Bonus Points If You
  • Have worked with US-based clients or outbound campaigns
  • Have experience in B2B or high ticket sales
  • Strong sales record or high appointment conversion rates
Compensation & Benefits
  • Starting salary up to 25,000 /month (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Sales Commission: Earn 10% commission on every successful sale- no cap earnings
  • Appointment Incentives :Get additional commission for every qualified appointment set
  • Attendance Bonus: Monthly bonus for perfect attendance
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus : Additional reward for consistently exceeding targets
