Ecommerce Performance Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an Ecommerce Performance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns, as well as a solid understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing terminologies.

Responsibilities:
• Setup and manage paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Conduct daily checks and optimize campaign performance to meet specific KPIs (MER, CAC, CPA, ROAS, CLTV) and budgets.
• Refresh campaigns by uploading new creative content and adjusting elements as needed.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategies, provide insights, and work with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in Meta / Facebook Ads, with any other platform a plus.
• Prior in-house experience in the ecommerce realm.
• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce.
• Solid grasp of ecommerce and digital marketing terminologies.
• Basic experience with budget management across campaigns.
• Proactive problem-solving aptitude paired with effective project management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
• A burning passion for mastering performance marketing and elevating ecommerce brands.
• A team-player mentality with the drive to excel in a dynamic environment.
• Stellar written and oral communication skills paired with adept time management.
