Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Call Quality Coach to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-standing relationships with clients by providing high-quality call & email assessments, coaching sessions, reporting, and training suggestions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality assessments of sales and service calls & emails
  • Facilitate feedback and coaching sessions with clients
  • Deliver induction and training sessions remotely and in person
  • Contribute to training strategy and deliverables
  • Build client rapport and identify improvement opportunities
  • Recognise and act on sales opportunities
  • Participate in team meetings and calibration sessions
Requirements
  • 3+ years in sales/customer service roles
  • 5+ years in leadership or coaching roles
  • Experience assessing inbound & outbound calls and emails
  • SME business environment experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Adaptable coaching approach to empower diverse learning styles
  • Demonstrated passion for supporting team members and fostering collaboration
  • Strong commitment to integrity in all client interactions and feedback processes
  • Customer-centric work ethic focused on delivering value and satisfaction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Own reliable transport
