  • Calculates accurate commission payments and administers sales compensation programs for the global commercial organization ensuring they are motivated, fairly rewarded, and aligned to business priorities.
  • Analyzes and ensures alignment to business strategy, compliance, and motivational effectiveness by serving as the operational expert on all things sales compensation.

You have 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions processing, or sales/revenue operations in a SaaS/tech environment.

The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated by creating tangible impact for their teams. They must also thrive in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.

Compensation Package

The estimated base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $145,000 USD with additional components such as equity and benefits included in the compensation package. We believe in fair & equitable pay and conduct annual pay equity audits.
