At HR Primo Management Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our Sales Department. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of driving sales growth through effective project delivery and upselling.

About the Role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling project concerns and needs, and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions and recommendations according to customer needs.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests promptly, utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Generate progress reports as required, forecast and track account metrics, and stay updated on industry knowledge and trends.
  • Participate in regular meetings with team members to review project progress and explore improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in Sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with common customer success and relationship management software (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce).
  • Skills in using MS Office applications.
  • A deep understanding of Out-of-Home and Digital Out-of-Home (OOH / DOOH) platforms is advantageous.
