About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our business. This includes leading financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial results, and implementing strong financial controls and systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Familiarity with the EOS framework is a plus, or the ability to work within structured systems and processes;">
  • Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment;">
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail;">
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems;">
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders;">
