Job DescriptionThis role involves supporting one of the largest retail stores in the world by providing outstanding customer service experience to their existing clients.
- Expertly and promptly resolve client inquiries at the first point of contact or call out to appropriate level for resolution.
- Service customers on a variety of topics, including providing account transaction details, payment, disputes, explaining charges, handling fraud, online transactions, and handling fees or rates.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing customer service for American, Australian, or UK retail customers.
- Utilizing CRM tools and documenting detailed information.
- Efficiently resolving customer's issue using the tools properly.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Be at legal age by the time of application.
- High School/Senior High School graduates are accepted. College graduates are preferred.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and high-volume service center.
