Job Description

This role involves supporting one of the largest retail stores in the world by providing outstanding customer service experience to their existing clients.

  1. Expertly and promptly resolve client inquiries at the first point of contact or call out to appropriate level for resolution.
  2. Service customers on a variety of topics, including providing account transaction details, payment, disputes, explaining charges, handling fraud, online transactions, and handling fees or rates.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing customer service for American, Australian, or UK retail customers.
  • Utilizing CRM tools and documenting detailed information.
  • Efficiently resolving customer's issue using the tools properly.
Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Be at legal age by the time of application.
  • High School/Senior High School graduates are accepted. College graduates are preferred.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and high-volume service center.
