Job DescriptionWe are inviting applications for the role of Customer Service Representative to support one of the biggest financial banks in the world. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service experience to existing clients.
Responsibilities- Expertly and promptly resolve client inquiries at the first point of contact or escalate to appropriate levels for resolution.
- Service customers on a variety of topics, which can include account transactions details, placing investigations, or online navigation assistance.
- Support American consumer credit card customers with their queries.
- Utilize CRM tools and collect/document detailed information.
- At least the legal age by the time of application.
- High school/Senior high school graduates are accepted, while college graduates are preferred.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and high-volume service center.
- Ability to multi-task alongside compliance to the process.
- Flexible work schedule and ability to adhere to it.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and create rapport with customers.
- Previous experience in meeting Net Promoter Score performance expectations, preferably in a customer service business for consumer credit cards.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills with accurate grammar and smooth flow.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient computer skills and attention to detail.
- Significant months of experience in phone customer service field desired.
- Negotiation and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity.
- Ability to multi-task.
