Nityo Infotech is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Trainer/Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and leadership, with a strong background in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Develop and implement training programs for IT service desk staff
Lead a team of IT service desk agents to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
Two or more years of college in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
1-2 years of Call Center experience
1-2 years in a leadership role
Two or more years of retail experience
1-2 years experience with call monitoring systems, CISCO Finesse, Calabrio, and ServiceNow ITSM
