Job Title: Multilingual Service Desk Analyst (Polish)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to user inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with local management, colleagues, and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Produce high-quality work and results, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with products, policies, procedures, and operational issues to provide expert support.
  • Adhere to attendance and break schedules, as well as follow rest day schedules and planned leave procedures.
  • Submit necessary service delivery reports and provide feedback to management on potential issues and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Polish.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer and technical skills.
  • Good process mapping ability and proactive approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including empathy and verbal dexterity.
  • Background in IT, Finance, or HR is a plus.
