Job Summary

Strategic Networks Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve IT system problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide follow-up feedback to ensure complete resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate the service desk's unified scheduling and transfer issues to the appropriate maintenance personnel.
  • Manage IT-related customer complaints and report them promptly to ensure smooth communication and timely processing.
  • Oversee IT fault/alarm scheduling and distribution of fault tickets.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on tickets and tasks related to operation metrics assessment.
  • Evaluate the performance of operations and maintenance personnel.
  • Conduct daily inspections and provide detailed reports.
  • Summarize daily service request knowledge and document valuable information.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with other departments.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid setup in BGC, Taguig.
