Job Description

The Customer Service Liaison will be responsible for interacting with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and online chat, to provide timely and effective support. This individual will ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer software and the ability to learn new systems quickly are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively answer customer inquiries.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
