Key Responsibilities:
As a Workforce Planning and Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective workforce planning strategies to meet business needs. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand operational demands and develop schedules that meet these needs while ensuring compliance with Government labor laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing rosters per department, ensuring compliance with Government labor laws and company policies. You will also prepare and review regular and ad hoc reports required or requested by Senior Management, Payroll and other Business Units. Additionally, you will provide Time Manager training to Business Unit Time Manager Approvers, conduct Virtual Roster Module UAT Testing as needed, and respond to all Rostering and Payroll queries and disputes.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, exceptional communication skills, and advanced knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office products. You will also have proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root problems and offer a range of solutions.
