Benefits Administrator for Workforce

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced LOA Benefits Admin to support our workforce management team at E-team Workforce Private Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing LOA requests, providing guidance to employees, and maintaining accurate records of employee leave balances and statuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process LOA requests in accordance with company policies and legal regulations
- Provide guidance to employees on LOA procedures and documentation requirements
- Update and maintain accurate records of employee leave balances and statuses
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth LOA transitions
- Assist with the development and implementation of LOA-related policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of relevant experience in LOA Procedures and benefits in a US-based market or company
- Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other relevant leave laws
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a night shift schedule (Hybrid setup depending on business needs)
