Job Title: IT Account Manager
About Our Company:
Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) is a leading offshore outsourcing company that provides dedicated remote staff to international companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive user acquisition and promote Company integration.
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to plan and execute co-marketing activities.
- Analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing questions, providing resources, and troubleshooting issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners or customers.
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple partner accounts and projects.
- Proficient with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Able to analyze data to drive data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
