We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development and Growth Manager to join our team at Your Go To Recruiter. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Job Summary

The Business Development and Growth Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end enterprise sales process, creating and executing winning solution sales strategies, and working through leads to sales on our CRM system. Additionally, this role will involve managing and tracking customer interaction and transactional information in our CRM system, giving presentations, product demos, and general support to prospective customers.

About the Role
  • Develop and Execute Sales and Marketing Strategy: We are looking for someone who can create and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that drives business growth.
  • Manage the End-to-End Enterprise Sales Process: The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Work Through Leads to Sales on CRM: This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to work with leads and convert them into sales.
  • Manage and Track Customer Interaction and Transactional Information: The Business Development and Growth Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Presentation and Product Demo Skills: The ability to give engaging presentations and product demos is essential for this role.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 Years Related Experience in HRIS SaaS Sales: We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HRIS SaaS industry.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Willingness to Travel: The Business Development and Growth Manager may need to travel for business trips to meet clients.
What We Offer
