About the Role

Job Summary

The Sales and Business Growth Manager will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, driving business growth, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Forecasting

Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and forecast sales growth.

Sales Training and Development

Design and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills of our sales representatives.

Sales Performance Evaluation

Oversee the analysis of sales reports to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Competitor Analysis

Analyze the sales activities of competitors to stay ahead in the market.

Operational Efficiency

Implement process improvements to increase the efficiency of our business operations.

Requirements
  • Education

A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and management is necessary.

Skills

Candidates must possess excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Relationship Building

The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers is crucial.

What We Offer
