Lease Documentation and Administration Specialist

At KMC Solutions, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lease Documentation and Admin Processor to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support in the creation and processing of lease and loan applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Sales Support teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of dealer quotes.
- Review contracts and quotes for accuracy, facilitate changes or price adjustments, and manage changes to contracts.
- Identify information needed to renew contracts and collaborate with internal stakeholders to move contracts through our systems and processes.
- Provide timely responses to questions related to quote activity and review signed Delivery and Acceptance and Invoices for installed leases.
- Confirm installation through email or phone call and validate Partner invoices against lease pricing worksheets.
- Create daily AP requests for approved fundings and save approved fundings on a shared drive by date.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, and the ability to learn new systems/software such as OLFM.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrated capability to learn and execute on various financial systems, including SAP and Oracle/OLFM.
